1. The agreement
These terms cover use of the ticate.com website. Use of the TicAte platform itself is governed by the written agreement signed between you and us, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.
2. Acceptable use
- Use TicAte only for messaging that complies with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
- Message only people who have given you permission to contact them.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or harassing messaging.
Meta may restrict or disable a WhatsApp Business Account that breaches its policies. That decision rests with Meta, and we cannot reverse it on your behalf.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for what the users you invite do in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Fees
Platform fees are set out in your agreement. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account and are not included.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical. Delivery of WhatsApp messages depends on Meta’s platform, which is outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The TicAte software, brand and site content remain ours. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over the conversations and contacts in your workspace.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any cap on liability is as stated in your agreement.
8. Trademarks
WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. TicAte is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.
