Why another CRM

Most CRMs are a database with a sales skin on it

The parts of the job that usually live in five tools — and what it costs when they do.

The record is in three places

The deal is in the CRM, the quote is in a spreadsheet, the conversation is on someone’s phone. Nobody has the whole picture, so everybody asks.

Your business isn’t on the menu

You sell properties, or shipments, or contracts — and the CRM only knows “Deal”. So you bend your process to fit the software, or you wait for a customisation.

Everyone’s data in one table

Multi-tenant usually means a tenant_id column and a prayer. One missed filter and a client sees another client’s pipeline.

Everything the deal touches

What TicAte CRM does

10 capabilities, one record. Taken from the product as it runs today — the planned mobile app is not on this list because it does not exist yet.

01 — Capability

Pipelines that fit how you sell

As many pipelines as you have ways of selling, each with its own stages, its own required fields, and tunnels that move a deal on to the next team automatically.

  • Drag-and-drop Kanban with stages you name and reorder yourself
  • Fields that become required from a given stage onwards — a deal cannot reach Proposal without a value
  • Win and loss reasons, and forecasting on what is open
  • Separate pipelines for sales, renewals, delivery or anything else, with a deal handed between them
  • A funnel that shows where deals stall, not just where they are

Companies, contacts & leads

A proper account record behind every deal, and leads that convert into a contact, a company and a deal in one step instead of three.

  • Companies with owners, tags and the custom fields your business actually sells on
  • Lead scoring rules you set — the Hot badge says why it says Hot
  • Convert a lead into contact + company + deal without retyping
  • Duplicate-aware imports, and a workspace-wide search across every record type
  • A recycle bin, so a deleted record is a recoverable one

One card, every team’s view

Accounts and sales look at the same deal and see the fields that concern them. Layouts are saved and assigned to teams, not argued about.

  • Field sections you can drag, hide and mark required from a given stage
  • A stage strip along the top; move the record without leaving the card
  • A composer for activities, comments, messages and tasks in one place
  • History — who changed what, when — on every record
  • Dependencies — everything linked to this record, one click away
  • Watch a record and get notified when it changes

Activities, tasks & the feed

Calls, meetings, emails, tasks and notes land on the record they belong to, next to the history of what changed and who changed it.

  • Calls, meetings, emails, tasks and notes, each against a company, contact, lead or deal
  • My Tasks — one list across every record you own or are watching
  • A merged activity feed per record and per workspace
  • Internal chat: a colleague, a named group, or a task’s own discussion thread
  • Notifications in the bell, not in your inbox

Automations bound to a stage

Send the email, raise the task, notify the manager — when a deal reaches the stage where it matters, not on a timer nobody remembers setting.

  • Event triggers — record created, stage reached, field changed, task overdue
  • Conditions on any field, so one rule can branch
  • Actions — assign an owner, create a task, move a stage, send an email or WhatsApp, call a webhook
  • Run history per rule: what fired, on which record, with what result

Modules you define

Fields, sections and whole objects your business needs and nobody else’s — Properties, Shipments, Contracts, Inspections — added in a minute, not in a release.

  • A module is a row, not a migration: it never touches another client’s data
  • Its own fields, list view, optional Kanban board and record card, generated from the definition
  • Every value validated and coerced server-side against its field type
  • Link module records to companies, contacts and deals like any built-in object

Products, quotes, invoices & projects

The work that follows a won deal lives in the same place as the deal, so nothing is retyped into a second system.

  • A product catalogue with prices, for line items on quotes
  • Quotes built on the deal and versioned as the negotiation moves
  • Invoices raised from the accepted quote
  • Projects with a task board, so delivery starts where sales stopped

Email, WhatsApp & SMS on the record

Message a customer from their card or from an automation, and the conversation stays on the record, not on someone’s phone.

  • Email from the record card, threaded into the feed
  • WhatsApp through TicAte WhatsApp — offered when the workspace has both apps
  • SMS through your provider
  • Automation rules can send any of them when a stage is reached

Teams, roles & the org chart

A role says how much someone may do; a team says which part of the business they are in — which is what field visibility is usually really about.

  • Owner, admin, manager and agent roles
  • Teams — accounts, sales, delivery — with layouts assigned per team
  • An org chart drawn from who reports to whom, and a dashboard per person
  • Email invitations, and one account per person across every workspace

Your own address, your own schema

Every client gets you.crm.ticate.com — or crm.yourcompany.com — and a Postgres schema of their own. Isolation is the database’s, not a filter in the code.

  • Wildcard subdomains out of the box; custom domains verified over DNS
  • One Postgres schema per client — a tenant’s connection can only see its own
  • Workspace-bound sessions; a ticket minted for one client is useless at another’s address
  • Attachments stored per workspace and served through signed links
  • Self-hosted on your infrastructure if you would rather run it yourself

The conversation, on the record

Add the WhatsApp app and the channel appears in the CRM. Without it, nothing is broken — it is simply not offered.

Message from the card

Open a lead or a deal, type, send. The message goes out through your WhatsApp Business number and the reply lands on the same record.

Send from an automation

A deal reaches Proposal — send the customer the quote link on WhatsApp, raise a task for the manager, and log both.

One sign-in for both

The suite front door lists every workspace you belong to and the apps it pays for. Pick one and you are handed across, no second password.

Getting started

A workspace in days, not a project in quarters

We set your workspace up with you — a walk through the product, a trial, and your pipelines already shaped the way you sell.

1

Talk to us

How you sell, who is on the team, what you quote and invoice. You leave with a plan and a price.

2

Get your address

you.crm.ticate.com in minutes, or your own domain verified over DNS. Your schema is created; nobody else’s data is anywhere near it.

3

Shape the workspace

Pipelines, stages, required fields, team layouts, the first automations — and any modules the built-in objects do not cover.

4

Invite the team

Owners, admins, managers and agents by email. Add WhatsApp or HR later, when you are ready — nothing has to be migrated.

Questions

About the CRM

Is TicAte CRM a separate product from TicAte WhatsApp?
Yes. Each is bought and run on its own — a client can use the CRM and never touch WhatsApp, or the other way round. Buying both adds WhatsApp as a channel inside the CRM, with one account across the two.
Where does the CRM run?
On its own address for every client — you.crm.ticate.com, or your own domain — with its own Postgres schema. It can also be self-hosted on your infrastructure.
Can I add fields and objects the CRM does not ship with?
Yes. Custom fields go on any built-in record, and whole modules — Properties, Shipments, Contracts — can be defined by a workspace admin with their own fields, list, board and record card, no migration required.
Does it do quotes and invoices?
Yes. A product catalogue feeds line items onto quotes built on the deal; invoices are raised from the accepted quote; projects with a task board follow a won deal.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The web app is built on a REST API designed so a mobile app can share the same backend; that app is planned, not shipped, and we will not sell it before it exists.
How is the CRM priced?
Per workspace, quoted after a short call — the number of seats, whether you want it hosted or self-hosted, and which other TicAte apps you are combining it with all change the answer.

Your pipelines, shaped the way you already sell.
