Message charges are usage-based, and paid by you straight to Meta

WhatsApp message and conversation charges are set by Meta, not by us. Your own payment method sits on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and Meta charges it directly at the rates it publishes for your country and message category — a marketing template and a service reply do not cost the same, and Meta changes those rates from time to time. It is usage-based: you are charged for what you actually send, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.

So there are two bills, and only one of them is ours: this plan, paid to us, and your message usage, paid by you to Meta. That money never passes through TicAte — we don’t mark it up and we don’t resell it. Meta’s published rates

₹299/month + GST Extra user Up to 2 more on Starter and Growth; as many as you need on Business and Enterprise
₹499/month + GST Extra WhatsApp number On Business and Enterprise

All prices exclude GST. Every plan includes Coexistence setup on the number you already use, Embedded Signup, your chat history and contacts migrated, and onboarding for the team.

Bigger rollouts and the suite

Connect with our experts

WhatsApp and the CRM have published plans above. Everything beyond them is a conversation: a larger team, ChatIQ, the suite together, or a rollout that needs migration and training. One call, a clear scope, and a fixed number covering setup and getting your team actually using it.

TicAte WhatsApp Four published plans from ₹499 a month plus GST; add users, numbers or storage as you grow
TicAte CRM Free for two seats, then from ₹599 per seat a month plus GST

The suite One agreement across the apps you take, with the joins switched on
  • Every plan includes the shared inbox, templates, broadcasts and automations
  • Unlimited contacts, conversations and records
  • WhatsApp: Coexistence setup on your existing number, Embedded Signup and green-tick guidance
  • WhatsApp: migration of your existing chat history and contacts
  • CRM: your own address, pipelines and layouts shaped with you, custom modules where needed
  • Bitrix24 connector and outbound webhooks
  • Onboarding call, template writing help and admin training
  • Managed by us, on your own domain
  • The joins between apps switched on the day you add a second one

Meta bills WhatsApp conversation charges directly to your WhatsApp Business Account at their published rates. We don’t mark that up, and we don’t resell it. LEEMRO HRMS publishes its own per-employee price at leemro.com.

Why we quote

What actually changes the price

So you know what we’ll ask about on the call.

Seats, numbers & workspaces

How many agents work the inbox, how many seats the CRM needs, and how many WhatsApp numbers, brands or workspaces you run.

Volume, campaigns & modules

Conversations a month, whether you broadcast to hundreds or hundreds of thousands, and how much of the CRM we shape with you — pipelines, layouts, custom modules.

Apps, integrations & hosting

One app or several, the Bitrix24 connector, custom webhooks, a custom domain for the CRM, and a database of its own for the workspaces that need one.

Questions

Before you talk to us

Do I have to buy the whole suite?
No. Every app is sold and run separately. Buy the one you need; the rest are simply not shown until a workspace pays for them. Equally, you can take all of them together and run the whole business on one account.
What changes when I buy more than one?
The joins switch on. With CRM and WhatsApp, the WhatsApp channel appears in the record card and in automations, and one sign-in covers both. Nothing depends on another app being present.
What is TicAte ChatIQ?
Website live chat with visitor tracking and lead capture — the piece that talks to people before they have a phone number. A widget on your site, a real-time inbox for the team, and the visitor’s page and history beside every chat. It is live at chatiq.ticate.com; carrying a chat into the CRM or over to WhatsApp is the join we are building next.
Is LEEMRO part of TicAte?
LEEMRO HRMS is built by the same team and sold under its own name at leemro.com. It is the HR and payroll piece of the suite; the deeper joins with the CRM are in progress.
Can this replace an ERP?
For a services or sales-led business that needs CRM, customer messaging, HR and — soon — billing under one account, yes, and without the ERP implementation. If you need manufacturing or full accounting, we will tell you so on the call.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. Coexistence connects the number you already use. Your customers see no change, your chat history comes with you, and the WhatsApp Business app on the phone keeps working.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
Yes — that is precisely what Coexistence is for. The phone app and the Ticate inbox run on the same number simultaneously. Whoever replies first, the whole team sees it.
How long does setup take?
Connecting a number through Embedded Signup takes a few minutes. A full rollout — templates written, automations built, team trained — is typically a few days.
What does it cost?
TicAte WhatsApp has four published plans, from ₹499 a month at launch pricing: Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise. All prices are exclusive of GST. Extra users, numbers and storage are add-ons, so you can grow in one direction without moving up a whole plan. The CRM is priced per seat and HR per employee.
Do you charge for WhatsApp conversations?
No. Messaging is usage-based and you pay Meta directly: your own payment method sits on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and Meta charges it for what you actually send, at the rates it publishes for your country and message category. That money never passes through us \u2014 we do not mark it up and we do not resell it. Your TicAte plan pays for the platform: the shared inbox, broadcasts, automations, chatbots and the API.
Where does my data live?
On our infrastructure in India. Your workspace gets a database schema of its own, so isolation is the database’s job rather than a filter in the code, and on the higher tiers a database of its own. You can export it whenever you like, and a deletion request is honoured within 30 days.
Can I move off Ticate later?
Yes. Your WABA stays yours, your number stays yours, and your data is in a database you can export in full.
How is the CRM priced?
Per seat, per month, excluding GST — the number of seats, how much of the CRM we shape around your process, and which other TicAte apps you are combining it with all change the answer.
