One account, several apps

Use one app. Or all of them together.

TicAte WhatsApp, TicAte CRM and LEEMRO HRMS are sold separately and run separately — a client can buy one and never learn the others exist. Run them all together and they behave as one system: WhatsApp becomes a channel inside the CRM, people come from the HR system, a website chat becomes a lead, and one sign-in covers every app.

How it works

Where the suite lives

Three questions the platform answers, and where it answers them.

What we sell

Each app is a product with an address of its own — app.ticate.com, you.crm.ticate.com, leemro.com. Separate origins, on purpose: that is the isolation between them.

Does this workspace pay for it?

One subscription row per workspace per app, with plan, seats and expiry. No subscription, no offer — the question fails closed, and a join that is not paid for is simply not shown.

May this person open it?

A seat per person per app. Owners and admins see everything the workspace pays for; everyone else sees the apps they have been given a seat on.

One sign-in

A password buys a list, not a session

The front door is crm.ticate.com/login. Sign in once and you see every workspace you belong to, and under each, the apps it pays for. Pick one and you are handed across.

  • Each app is its own browser origin, so the hand-off is a single-use ticket — sixty seconds, hashed at rest, bound to one account and one workspace
  • A ticket minted for one client and replayed at another client’s address gets nothing
  • An app that cannot yet take a ticket gets its own sign-in form instead — the suite never pretends a hand-off worked
  • One account per person across every workspace and, as they join, every app

The joins

What entitlement switches on

Only joins that exist, or are marked as coming, are listed here. Nothing makes an app depend on another.

CRM + WhatsApp Live

WhatsApp as a channel inside the CRM

Message a lead or a deal from its record card, or from an automation rule, and the reply lands on the same record. Without the WhatsApp app the channel is simply not offered.

Every app Live

One account, every workspace

A single sign-in at crm.ticate.com lists every workspace you belong to and the apps each one pays for. Pick one and you are handed across — no second password.

CRM + HR Soon

People and teams from HR

The org chart, teams and reporting lines the CRM uses for assignment and field visibility, kept in step with the HR system instead of retyped.

CRM + Billing Soon

Won deal to paid invoice

Quotes and invoices already live on the deal. Billing adds collection, reminders and reconciliation without a second data entry.

Chat + CRM + WhatsApp Soon

A website visitor becomes a lead

A chat on your site captured as a lead in the CRM, and carried on over WhatsApp when the visitor closes the tab — the same person, one record, whichever channel they used.

What is next

The suite is growing in a fixed order

Each piece ships when it is real. We do not sell what is on this list until it moves off it.

TicAte ChatIQ Soon

Website live chat, visitor tracking and lead capture — the SalesIQ-shaped piece. A widget you paste once, a real-time inbox for the team, who is on which page, and a lead in the CRM before the visitor leaves. Built to stand on its own first, like every other app here.

TicAte Billing Soon

Invoicing, payment collection, reminders and GST. Quotes and invoices already live inside the CRM; Billing takes over from the accepted quote onwards.

HR ↔ CRM Soon

People, teams and reporting lines from LEEMRO feeding the CRM’s org chart and assignment rules, so nobody is set up twice.

Ticket sign-in for every app Soon

The CRM accepts hand-off tickets today. WhatsApp and HR join the same door as each one adds its landing route.

Standalone, in pairs, or all together

Buy one. Buy a few. Or run the whole suite as your ERP.

One app, on its own

Every app stands on its own first. It does not need — or mention — the others.

  • Priced and contracted on its own terms
  • Its own address, its own sign-in
  • Add a second app later; the joins switch on, nothing is migrated

All of them together, as your ERP

For a sales-led or services business: WhatsApp, CRM, HR and — soon — ChatIQ and Billing under one account, without an ERP implementation. Any two apps already share their join; all of them share the customer.

  • One customer record from first WhatsApp message to paid invoice
  • One sign-in, one place to add or remove a person
  • One agreement, set up with you — and we will tell you on the call if you actually need a full ERP instead
Questions

About the suite

Do I have to buy the whole suite?
No. Every app is sold and run separately. Buy the one you need; the rest are simply not shown until a workspace pays for them. Equally, you can take all of them together and run the whole business on one account.
What changes when I buy more than one?
The joins switch on. With CRM and WhatsApp, the WhatsApp channel appears in the record card and in automations, and one sign-in covers both. Nothing depends on another app being present.
What is TicAte ChatIQ?
Website live chat with visitor tracking and lead capture — the piece that talks to people before they have a phone number. A widget on your site, a real-time inbox for the team, and a lead in the CRM. It is in development; we will list it here the day it ships, not before.
Is LEEMRO part of TicAte?
LEEMRO HRMS is built by the same team and sold under its own name at leemro.com. It is the HR and payroll piece of the suite; the deeper joins with the CRM are in progress.
Can this replace an ERP?
For a services or sales-led business that needs CRM, customer messaging, HR and — soon — billing under one account, yes, and without the ERP implementation. If you need manufacturing or full accounting, we will tell you so on the call.

Use one app today. Run them all together when you are ready.

WhatsApp, CRM and HR are each sold on their own — and work as one system the day you combine them. Buy one, a few, or the whole suite.
